Annual Shutdown 2025
The ReplacingPieces team will be taking a well earned break from Tuesday 12th August to Friday 23rd August, with both our office and warehouse closed from 4pm Monday 11th August and reopening 9.30am on Tuesday 26th August
Online Orders Placed Before Tuesday 12th August -
We would strongly advise you to check & re-check the delivery address and contact details whilst placing your order, and where possible add a contact telephone number/email address
We regretfully advise that any inquiries regarding non delivery/delivery issues will not be able to be dealt with until we re-open on Tuesday 26th August
Online Orders Placed During Our Shutdown -
All orders placed via our website from Tuesday 12th August will be dispatched from Tuesday 26th August onwards.
Any follow up instructions or cancellations will be dealt with accordingly from Tuesday 26th August. We will be unable to respond to any contact during our shut down period
Telephone Inquiries -
Telephone lines during our shutdown period will be answerphone only. Messages left will be returned from Tuesday 26th August onwards

All initial inquiries (both via email and directly through our online form on our website) regarding the potential sale of your tableware to us will be assessed upon our re-opening on Tuesday 26th August and a member of our purchasing team will respond in due course
If we have agreed to purchase your tableware and you are requesting a collection slot, we will contact you from Tuesday 26th August onwards to arrange a convenient day
