Delivery Costs -

Each orders' delivery cost is calculated during the checkout process, primarily by the weight of the goods

Our prices start from £3.95 for standard shipping

We offer FREE delivery on orders with an minimum order value of £75* within the UK

Regrettably all orders placed with a delivery destination outside of the UK will be subject to a shipping charge

  

 

Dispatch & Delivery Times -

Standard Evri Shipping -

Orders dispatched by this method are sent out within 48hrs. Delivery is usually within 3-5 days, however it may take a little longer at peak times. All orders are sent via a tracked service

 

Standard UPS/ParcelForce Shipping -

Orders dispatched by this method are sent out within 48hrs on a 24 hour fully tracked delivery schedule, however this is not guaranteed. At peak times, delivery may take slightly longer

 

We do ask that any special instructions for delivery are given at the time of the order, as we are usually unable to add these once the parcel has been dispatched 

 

If delivery cannot be made in 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to us, and any re-delivery charges will apply

 

 

Dispatch & Packaging Method -

When you place your order with us, it will be picked from our storage area, checked against our condition guide, and placed ready for packing. Every item is individually wrapped before being packed in a well padded out rigid box ready for dispatch. We use a mixture of bubble wrap, void-fill & newspaper depending on the type of product we are sending out

 

Incase Of Non-Delivery -

As all the parcels we dispatch are sent by a trackable method, in the unlikely event your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame of 7 - 10 days, please contact us, as we will be happy to contact the carrier on your behalf to find where it is and get it back on it's way to you. We may need to confirm your delivery address and/or contact telephone number/email address before we contact the courier.

Please note we can only chase up non-delivery of parcels four months from the date of dispatch, and should a parcel be deemed as 'lost' after this time, then unfortunately we would not be able to process a refund
